1. Coconut: Wannaku Dieting Method
The Dieting Method says that coconut is one of the best foods to eat. In Sri Lanka, coconut, which they believe is God’s food, is the easiest and cheapest way to get fat. Coconut Sambol is one of the best-known foods made from coconut. Accordingly, you can also use raw, tempered, coconut scraps or pieces of raw coconut in other recipes. 3. Curd:
Dieting Method card very recommend. Curd is one of Sri Lanka’s best fat-rich dairy foods. During the making process, Lactose, which is a carbohydrate, is taken out. Further, There are fat and protein substances inside. This can made with gingelly, onion slices, pepper, cashews, and peanuts instead of sugar and honey. Furthermore, if you mix curd, fish, or chicken curry, it will make your tongue twist.

6. Coconut Oil:
Coconut tree is treated as a divine tree in local culture (any part of the tree can be used for multiple purposes). The essence of the coconut is the oil manufactured through a simple process. Though many variants are on sale at the market, finding of virgin coconut oil is of a bit of hectic job. However, try to find the best for your body.

7. Butter
Butter is one of the best substitutes for fat. Salted butter must be your choice while shopping. Remember, Margarine is not an option for butter, which is in fact an artificial substance.
